  THE WAREWASHER. GROUT OR OTHERWISE FILL HOLE AND CRACKS TO PROVIDE A SURFACE THAT IS SMOOTH,
  NON-ABSORBENT AND EASILY CLEANABLE.

  (F)      Wall and ceiling - coverings and coatings.
   
       (1)      Wall and ceiling covering materials shall be attached so that they are easily cleanable.
   
        (2) Concrete, porous blocks, or bricks used for indoor wall construction shall be finished and sealed to provide a
       smooth, nonabsorbent, easily cleanable surface. This requirement does not apply in areas used only for dry storage.

       (1)      The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
   
        (2) Cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed such as after closing. This
       requirement does not apply to cleaning that is necessary due to a spill or other accident.
